What Is Leaky Gut?

Leaky gut is a term used to describe a condition where the lining of the intestinal walls becomes more permeable than normal, allowing toxins, bacteria, and other harmful substances to leak through and enter the bloodstream. This can lead to inflammation and other health problems.
